My Journey

I understand what you are going through.

I’ve lived through burnout and I want to share my story with you.

After decades of climbing the corporate ladder, leading teams, and chasing the next milestone, I found myself exhausted, unfulfilled, and running on empty.

I kept saying yes. Doing more. Powering through.

Until my body forced me to start listening to the warning signs.

And then I got sick.

Not suddenly. Not dramatically. But while I was still functioning and pushing through.

First came the exhaustion. Then came the stomach pains.

The kind of pain you can’t ignore. The kind that makes you wonder what’s wrong with your body.

Doctors ran tests. Prescribed medication. Told me it would pass.

It didn’t.

Eventually, I got the real answer:

It wasn’t an illness. It was stress.

Chronic, high-functioning stress had been living in my body for years.

The solution offered was more prescriptions.

The real solution was change.

That was the turning point.

So I made the difficult decision to quit my job. We needed the income. But staying was costing me my health.

One year later, I started my own coaching business. And while entrepreneurship is hard work, my body finally felt relief.

Through my own burnout journey and two decades of HR leadership experience, I developed frameworks and systems that allow me to work at a high level without reliving burnout.

Now, my mission is simple:

To ensure high-achieving professionals don’t have to navigate burnout alone or learn the hard way.
